Electronic Records and Signatures Consent
Draft — pending attorney review. This copy is provided for transparency and is not yet in effect. A Texas-barred attorney must review and sign off before it governs any account.
Operator: Blender Holdings LLC ("DJGO," "we," "us") Version: 2026-06-23 (draft) · Effective date: TBD
This consent explains how DJGO provides agreements, disclosures, and notices electronically, under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. By creating an account or accepting an agreement in DJGO, you consent to the terms below.
1. Your consent to electronic records
You agree that we may provide all communications related to your use of DJGO — including terms, policies, payment authorizations, tax-related notices, and other disclosures ("Communications") — electronically, by posting them in the platform or sending them to the email address on your account, rather than on paper.
2. Electronic signatures
When you click to accept an agreement, check a consent box, or submit and approve an action in the platform (such as accepting Terms or approving a payout batch), you are providing an electronic signature that is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. We keep a record of what you accepted and when, including a version identifier for the document.
3. Hardware and software you need
To access and keep Communications you need: a current web browser, an internet connection, an email account, and a device able to display and store PDF or web pages. By consenting you confirm you have what you need to receive Communications this way.
4. Keeping copies
You can view legal documents any time at the DJGO legal pages and save or print them from your browser. We will keep records of accepted agreements as required by law; you should keep your own copies as well.
5. Withdrawing consent and updating your information
You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by contacting support@djgo.app, but because DJGO operates as an electronic service, withdrawing consent generally means you can no longer use the platform. Keep your contact email current; notify us of changes through your account settings or at support@djgo.app so Communications reach you.
