Your whole hustle, one app.

Free forever. It works the day you download it — your venues don’t have to be on DJGO yet.

Most DJs run their schedule out of texts, a notes app, and memory. DJGO gives you one place for every gig — the ones DJGO venues book you for and the ones you booked yourself. Track what you’ve played, what you’ve earned, and where you’re free, then send venues a profile that actually looks like you.

  • One calendar for everythingadd your own off-platform gigs alongside any DJGO-booked nights in a single monthly view.
  • Block out your lifemark unavailability so you don’t get booked the weekend you’re out of town.

For Entertainment Directors

Every room’s lineup, one screen.

If you book DJs across more than one venue, this is the part you’ve been doing in a spreadsheet. Stop.

You’re holding four calendars, six group texts, and a budget in your head. DJGO puts every venue’s lineup in one month grid — quick-add a night, edit it inline, filter to one room. Set the recurring slots once and DJGO flags the dates you haven’t filled yet, so an open Saturday never sneaks up on you. When the night ends, the gig completes itself and lines up for payout. You build the week; the system keeps the receipts.

  • Multi-venue month gridquick-add, inline edit, and filter by venue without ever leaving the calendar.
  • Recurring templates that watch your backset “every Saturday, 9pm” once and DJGO auto-flags the dates you still owe a booking.
  • Acceptance at a glancea list view of every gig across every room with each DJ’s accept/decline status right there.
  • A roster you controlfavorites, suspensions, per-venue approval, internal notes, and reputation (completion %, cancellations).
  • Book around real lifesee a DJ’s unavailability while you book, and stay inside weekly per-venue budget caps with over-budget approval built in.
  • Friday, handledauto-completed gigs roll into one payout batch you submit for the owner to approve.

You’re already running the calendar. The last piece is payouts — and that’s one approval from your owner. Show them the batch, let them one-tap it, and Friday stops being your problem.

For Venue Owners

Pay the whole lineup in one tap.

You approve the week. Stripe moves the money and issues the 1099s. You never custody a dollar.

Friday payroll for DJs shouldn’t be a stack of checks and a guess at year-end taxes. Your ED builds and submits the week’s batch; you review it and tap once. Payments are processed by Stripe and payouts go out through Stripe Connect — DJGO just deducts its platform fee and gets out of the way. Run one room or nine, you see all of them, with the approvals and problems surfaced before they cost you.

  • One-click batched payout per venuepay the full lineup at once by ACH or card, processed through Stripe.
  • You hold the approvalthe ED submits, you one-tap to release; the owner-approval gate is configurable per venue.
  • Caps that holdweekly per-venue budget limits, so booking can’t quietly outrun the entertainment line.
  • See every roommulti-venue visibility with team roles for Owner, Entertainment Director, and Venue Manager.
  • Nothing slipsdashboard alerts for unaccepted gigs, approvals waiting on you, cancellations, and open dates.
  • 1099s on autopilotissued automatically through Stripe Connect, so you’re not assembling them in January.

DJs

Free. Forever.

The calendar, the earnings, the profile, the payouts to your bank — all free, and not the kind of free that turns into a bill. Keeping DJs on it for nothing is the point.

Your money never touches us

DJGO instructs the payment. Stripe moves it.

Every payout is processed by Stripe and sent through Stripe Connect, straight from the venue to the DJ’s bank. DJGO never custodies funds — we deduct our platform fee and Stripe does the rest, including issuing 1099s.

Questions

Is this only for paying DJs?

No — that’s the part that pushed us to build it, but the scheduling is half the value. EDs run every venue’s lineup in one calendar with recurring slots and open-date flags; DJs get a free app for their whole gig schedule. Payments are the easy Friday at the end of all that.

Does it work if my venues aren’t on DJGO yet?

For DJs, yes. The DJ app is fully self-contained — add your own gigs, track earnings, block dates, and build your profile before a single venue signs up. The one-tap payout and automatic 1099 kick in once your venues are on DJGO too.

How do DJs actually get paid?

Payments are processed by Stripe. The owner approves the weekly batch, and payouts go out through Stripe Connect straight to each DJ’s bank. DJGO deducts its platform fee and never holds the money.

Who handles the 1099s?

Stripe. 1099s are issued automatically through Stripe Connect when a venue pays a DJ on DJGO. DJGO doesn’t generate, file, or store tax forms — that’s Stripe’s job, and it happens without you assembling anything.

Can my ED pay DJs without me?

Only if you let them. The owner-approval gate is configurable per venue — by default the ED submits the batch and you one-tap to release it. You can also set weekly budget caps so bookings stay inside your number.

Why Texas only?

Because we’re a Dallas–Fort Worth operator who built this to pay our own DJs across nine concepts, and we’d rather be excellent in one state than mediocre everywhere. Texas now. More later.
